All exchange orders must be placed online and a refund for the original purchase will be issued to you upon receipt of the returned item. As soon as we receive your returned item, we refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order.

All Coma Toes products have a limited 1 year warranty (from date of purchase) to be free from manufacturing defects. We strongly believe in our products and will do everything we can do make sure you have a great experience with Coma Toes. There are some exceptions to warranty claims including purchases made internationally and from 3rd party websites.
