FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Conditions

Your purchase can be returned FREE OF CHARGE within 30 days, as long as it meets the following requirements:
    -The product is returned in its original condition and packaging
 

Simply email: WEBORDERS@StyleWest. net to get your return label after describing the issue. If approved, a return label and instructions will be sent to you. 

All exchange orders must be placed via weborders@stylewest.net and a refund for the original purchase will be issued to you upon receipt of the returned item. As soon as we receive your returned item, we refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. To place your exchange order:

*If your exchange involves a discount code, please include that information in your email for your return.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

*Please note: an Approved Warranty claim constitutes the FREE replacement of the same or a like priced product (in the event the same product is not available). Coma Toes does NOT issue refunds in lieu of replacements.

All Coma Toes products have a limited 1 year warranty (from date of purchase) to be free from manufacturing defects. We strongly believe in our products and will do everything we can do make sure you have a great experience with Coma Toes. There are some exceptions to warranty claims including purchases made internationally and from 3rd party websites. Please email weborders@stylewest.net with all required information and we will do our very best to correct the situation.

Style West will make every effort to ship your replacement product within 5-7 business days, please allow extra time for delivery.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • FREE Standard Shipping (UPS Ground in Continental USA ONLY) or USPS, depending on best rate
    Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 days (Monday through Friday, excludes weekends).
  • 2-day and overnight shipping: Not available at this time

    *Please note that UPS is unable to ship to P.O. boxes

    Shipping Confirmation

    Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. A tracking number will be included, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In general, orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available.

    Estimating Delivery Dates

    All ground orders will ship within 2-3 business days after orders are placed.

    If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
